'... space is for everybody. It's not just for a few people in science or math, or for a select group of astronauts. That's our new frontier out there, and it's everybody's business to know about space.'

- Teacher-in-Space and Challenger Astronaut Christa McAuliffe

The New Robotic Telescope is an exciting adventure for the scientists and engineers involved. We want to welcome the general public to the adventure and share our excitement at building such a unique and creative facility.

Liverpool will own the world's largest robotic telescope and we want you to join in the creativity and excitement. As part of the existing Liverpool Telescope and New Robotic Telescope groups we have been using these amazing feats of engineering, which facilitate mind-blowing discoveries in outer space, to get creative.

The gallery below shows some of the creative efforts of the general public and the scientists and engineers on the project.

Which one is your favourite?

Do you have a piece of art to show us?

Do you want to download a colour-in sheet?

Want to try one of our cross stitch patterns?

Are you an astrophotographer who loves to use LT images?

We love to see what you are doing with our telescopes, so please get in touch via the contact form or send us a message on our social media [links]. Don't forget to include which part of the planet you are from!
